摘要
以实时生产数据为依据,总结了磨前预处理“两破”及磨内“一筛’工艺在φ2.4×10m开流高细水泥磨上的应用过程,探讨了粉磨工艺对买施通用水泥新标准的影响及提高磨机台时产量、降低粉磨电耗的有效技术途径。
Based on the real-time productive data and summerizing the application of pretreatment to φ2.4×10m open-current supperfine clinker mill, the paper studies the effect of the grinding processing on the implementation of the new genera! standard for cement, and discusses the effectively technial way increasing the output per hour of one mill and cutting down power consumption for grinding.
