摘要
采用秩和比法与聚类分析综合评价医院工作质量。对于反映医院工作质量的指标,计算出综合指数RSR。根据RSR的大小,判明各医院工作质量排位,并采用有序样品聚类法进行归类。对全省22家公立市级综合性医院评价结果符合实际情况。
This paper comprehensively appraises work quality of the hospitals by rank sum ratio (RSR) and cluster analysis. With several varieties which reflect work quality of the hospital, we compute a comprehensive index RSR. In terms of value of RSR, we conclude work quality of the hospital and clus- ter the hospitals. The result is in accordance with reality.
