摘要
检查生产性粉尘接触者鼻粘膜涂片细胞学变化与鼻纤毛传送速度(NFV)。根据细胞学检查,将损伤程度分为正常、代偿、轻、中、重、严重等6级,各级的NFV依次为11.14,12.93,9.06,7.06,6.07,5.12mm/min,显示病理分级与功能减退呈相应的改变。本检查可反映粉尘对人的鼻粘膜病理与功能的损害程度。
Studies on the relationship between the results of cytological examination of nasal smear and functional determination of nasal fibre velocity (NFV) in workers exposed to dust, were carried out. The cytological changes were divided into six grades: Normal; compenastion; Ⅰ ; Ⅱ; Ⅲ and Ⅳ, and the values of NFV were 11. 14, 12. 93, 9. 06, 7. 06, 6. 07, and 5. 12 mm/min, respectively. A good relationship between the pathological grading and disfunction was shown. Combined cytological and functional study can be used to reflect the harzardous effect of dust on nasal mucosa, and offer some informations for early diagnosis.
