摘要
研究了含锆和含锆、钙的熔铁型氨合成催化剂的M ssbauer谱。结果表明 ,Zr4 +进入Fe3O4 晶格使B位扩张 ,促进了Fe3O4 的还原与Al的均匀分布。含锆、钙催化剂由于锆、钙的作用使Zr4 +进入晶格减少 ,还原更易在A位发生 。
Mssbauer spectra of Zr- and Ca-containing fused iron catalysts for ammonia synthesis have been investigated. The results show that the presence of Zr(Ⅳ) in the octahedral B sites of Fe 3O 4 results in the expansion of B sites, facilitating the reduction of the catalyst and uniform distribution of Al(Ⅲ). For the catalysts containing both Zr 4+ and Ca 2+ ions the number of Zr 4+ entering Fe 3O 4 lattice decreases due to the interaction between zirconium and calcium, and the Fe 3+ ions are reduced more easily at A site of the catalysts. Such a phenomenon occurs more clearly for spherical catalysts obtained from rapid cooling by water.
