摘要
介绍了人体,特别是人类的疾病和健康过程符合开放的复杂系统的基本特征,包括自组织性和自适应性,多层次多形态的网络结构导致的非线性动力学特征和混沌状态。本文还简要讨论了人体生命活动复杂性的信息学基础,提出生命信息的重要作用及构成人体复杂性基础的观点。本文指出了医学科学工作者学习系统科学和系统复杂性理论的重要意义,以及中西医结合在系统复杂性研究工作中的潜在作用。
Human body, particularly, human抯 health and pathology is a typical open complex system with the properties and behavior of self-organizing, self-adaptive, nonlinear dynamics and chaos. The human body is clearly more than a pile of cells. The basic mechanics of life抯 complexity is the diversity of life-information. New research areas of genomics, proteomics, bio-informatics and bio-signaling systems provided more evidences of the system complexity theory in human body. Combination of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine has the great potential in system-complexity studies.
