摘要
应用高效抗氧剂GX2225替代传统抗氧剂B225生产BOPP。结果表明,GX2225不仅可生产合格的BOPP,且产品灰分含量低,并可有效改善BOPP加工性能、抗氧化性能及光学性能,提高下游加工厂家的生产稳定性和膜的质量,降低生产成本。
A highefficiency antioxidant GX2225 was employed in manufacture of biaxial orientation polypropylene (BOPP) instead of conventional B225 antioxidant. The results showed that qualified BOPP with low ash content and good processability, antioxidation property and optical performance can be manufactured with the antioxidant.
