摘要
将普通油茶Camellia oleifera Abel种子以高温高湿和高温低湿两种方式进行人工促进老化处理。结果表明老化进程中脱氢酶活性下降。高温高湿处理的种子该酶活性下降较快。老化进程中质膜受损,选择透性功能逐渐丧失。种子浸泡液相对电导度上升。钾离子和可溶性糖含量增加。老化开始阶段能与硫代巴比妥酸作用物质(TBA—RS)含量急剧增生,说明发生了膜脂过氧化作用。后续阶段TBA—RS含量下降,可能是由于进一步氧化或者是渗漏到外液中去。且老化进程中超氧歧化酶活性下降。说明老化进程氧毒害是原因之一。本文还对超氧歧化酶的某些生化特性作了研究。
The activity of dehydrogenase of oiltea camellia seeds declined as the seeds deteriorated. According to the data, this decline was rather rapid. The relative conductance showed the increasing curve, The contents of K^+ and soluble sugar also increased.The content of TBA-RS showed a rapid increase during the former part of aging, which indicated that the peroxidation of membrane lipids occurred. During the latter part, the level of TBA-RS declined, presumably because it was oxidized further, and also because it leaked into the medium when the membrane was extensively damage.The activity of SOD showed a decrease. So its protective function also lost.
