摘要
用离子交换法生产碳酸钾过程中存在大量氯化铵废液无法处理问题。用高沸点有机胺法碳化反应和不需要加热的氨法再生工艺 ,可将碳酸钾生产过程中产生的氯化铵废液转化为反应原料NH4HCO3 ,从而解决了长期困扰碳酸钾生产厂的氯化铵废液问题。
A large mount of waste liquid containing ammonium chloride is produced in the process of manufacturing potassium carbonate by ion-exchanged resin method.A new technology is developed which includes the carbonation reaction by organic amine with high boiling paint and regeneration process by ammonia without heating.It can make ammonium chloride convert to ammonium dicarbonate,which is the one of raw material for potassium carbonate production.The new technology can not only solve the problem of waste water treatment of potassium carbonate manufacturers,but also can be popularized to other chemical process of producing ammonium chloride and chlorides waste water.
