摘要
美国NBA篮球进攻技、战术的主要动向是:以内为主;以快为主;以强攻为主;以传、接球为主;伴以拼抢空间为基础五个方面。美国NBA篮球防守技、战术的主要动向是:强调个人防守技术与能力;强调在无球状态下,以防接球为主;强调在有球状态下,以防投篮为主;强调内线的空间网防守四个方面。美国NBA篮球代表了现代篮球运动发展趋势,全面深入的研究其先进的篮球理念及规律是十分必要的。
NBA stand for the new tendency of world basketball. The techniques and tactics of NBA's attack mainly focus on: inside line, speed, power play, pass and catch, grasp for space, and also those of defense emphasize: individual ability, defense of the opponents'catching on their condition of no balls, defense of opponents'shooting when they hold balls, and the space collective defense in inside lines. It is necessary to analyze NBA's advanced ideal and law for it stands for the tendency of modern basketball development.
