水稻穗伸出度的遗传及其在育种上的应用 被引量:6

摘要 分析了2个不同来源水稻高秆隐性种质的6个杂交组合F_1,F_2,BF_1以及相应亲本的穗伸出度.结果表明,穗伸出度受1对隐性主效基因和一些修饰基因所控制,F_2分离世代相关分析表明,穗伸出度与株高、穗长、第1节间长、第2节间长呈极显著正相关;与第4节间长、第5节间长的相关不显著.与第3节间长的相关在不同种质杂交的组合中表现不一致.通过连续回交和选择,已将粳型长节间种质的eui隐性基因导人籼型保持系中,转育不包颈籼型不育系的育种工作正在进行. Panicle exsertion (PE) of parents, F_1, F_2, BF_1 in 6 crosses for the tall-culm recessive species from two different sources in rice was analysed. The result indicated that PE was controlled by a pair of the resessive major genes and modifier genes. By analysing correlation coefficients between PE and 7 culm characters in segregation generations, it indicated that PE was positively correlated with plant height, panicle length, first internode length, second internode length, and was not correlated with fourth internode length, fifth internode length. Otherwise, it wasn't agreement on correlation belween PE and third internode length in crosses related two different sources. It had been introduced from PE of the elongated uppermost internode stock of pponica to cms-maintainers of indica through backcrosses and selection. The breeding program on eliminating panicle enclosure in cms-line of indica is on the way.
