摘要
从本质上讲,体育教学是一种有组织的教育过程;而运动训练则是在体育教学的基础上,以实现竞技运动为目的而专门组织的一种教育过程。通过对二者区别与联系的分析,认为在当今体育科学和体育实践中,这两大科学原理已成为体育文化发展的不可忽略的重要理论基础。
Physical education is an organized educational process as seen from the nature of teaching and sports. However,sports training is a speciallyorganized process of education based on physical education. Based on the differences and relationships between physical education and sports training,this paper puts forth that the two parts have become important theoretical bases not to be ignored in modern sports science and practice.
