摘要 以多基因假说为基础,提出了植物诱变的数量遗传模型.它包括3个基本假设,由此导出诱变世代群体的基因和基因型频率、均值、方差及基因型和表现型分布函数.给出了数量性状突变体的明确定义及数量性状突变频率的计算公式.对模型的一些应用作了讨论,包括诱变育种中的理论研究、遗传分析和参数估计.对两个实例作了分析,结果表明本模型能较好地解释实验现象,对诱变育种有理论指导作用.最后讨论了基因突变率与突变概率间的相互关系及本模型在多性状分析中的应用问题. On the basis of the polygenic hypothesis, a quantitative genetic model of plant mutagenesis is proposed. It includes three basic hypothesis, from which gene and genotypic frequencies, mean, variance, genotypic and phenotypic distribution functions of the mutation generation population are derived. A clear definition of quantitative trait (QT) mutant and a formula for calculating mutation frequency of the QT are given. Discussion is made on some applications of the model, including the theoretical studies, genetic analyses and parameters' estimation in mutation breeding. Two practical examples are analysed with the model. The resuits indicate that the model could explain experimental phenomena well so that it could play a role of theoretical direction in mutation breeding. Lastly, the relationship between gene mutation rate and mutation probability and the application of the model in the analysis of multiple characters are discussed.
