摘要
对4个甘蔗组培亚无性系进行的遗传力、遗传进度分析表明,组培方法对茎数和株高的改良是有效的,但受到供体和培养基的影响:对锤度的影响较小。并使茎径略微变细,同时表明,在亚无性系第1代即可对茎径进行选择,而且根据茎径在亚无性系第2代中的选择,可望对其它性状也相应有不同程度的改良,但是仅采用组培方法以期望大幅度改良供体品种的综合性状将是困难的.
The aim of this paper is to present the study of the heritability and genetic gains in four clones derived in the sugarcane tissue culture.The result indicated that the inprove the plant height and effective stalk/clump was an efficacious,but original form variety and me- dia have an effect on its,and the improve the brix was an no-efficacious appling tissue culture,stalk diameter decreased.The investigation shows that greater progress would be made either in stalk diameter or in other characters on the base of selection in diameter in the second clone generation.Only using tissue culture is difficulty for improve the all character of original variety.
