摘要
以意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica spinola)为材料。研究了5,7,9和11日龄共300只工蜂样本的头部重量及其王浆腺重量的相关性,发现意蜂的工蜂头部重量与其王浆腺重量之间存在着密切相关.5,7,9和11日龄工蜂头部重量与其王浆腺重量的表型相关系数(r_P)分别为0.609 0,0.829 5,0.587 9和0.450 9;遗传相关系数(r_A)分别为0.974 3,0.993 3,0.956 0和0.989 6.显著性检验结果 P<0.01,达到极显著水平,所以,用工蜂头部重量代替王浆腺重量进行选择是可行的.
This experiment was made on the data Italian honeybees(Apis melli fera ligustica Spinola).Having studied the correlation between the head weights and their respective royal jelly gland weights of 300 five,seven,nine and eleven days old worker honeybee samples,we found that there was a close correlation between the head weights and royal jelly gland weights of Italian honeybees.The phenotypic correlation coefficients(r_p)of the head weights and royal jelly gland weights of five,seven,nine and eleven days old worker honeybees are 0.609 0,0.829 5,0.587 9,0.450 9,respectively.The genetic correlation coefficient(r_A)are 0.974 3,0.993 3,0.956 0,0.989 6,respectively.The test for remarkableness showed that P<0.01—it had achieved remarkable level.Therefore,it is workable to use the head weights of worker honeybees as indirect selection index of character for producing royal jelly.
