摘要
本研究用马尾松全树皮胶代替50%的酚醛树脂生产竹材胶合板,用正交试验方法选择最佳的生产工艺。试验结果表明:该混合胶生产的竹材胶合板各项物理力学性能均超过国家专业标准LY1055—91的指标值,生产工艺与使用纯酚醛胶相似,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper describes the manufacturing technology of bamboo plywo-od by using the adhesive of Masson's pine all bark as a substitute for 50% PF-resin, and of obtaining the best producing parameters from the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of the bamboo plywood made with this mixed adhesive were all above the deman-ds of national specialized standard, and that its processing method and parameters were similar to those of plywood made with pure PF-resin, but there are obviously economic and social benefit.
