摘要
齿轮钢材和热处理对齿轮质量有重大的影响。论述了齿轮钢材的应用分类及钢材冶金质量和锻件质量及其控制。对齿轮的调质、渗碳淬火、渗氮及感应淬火四大热处理工艺的应用范围、影响因素及工艺控制要点进行了分析。影响齿轮钢材和热处理质量的因素很多,只有严格控制这些因素才能保证齿轮的内在质量,从而提高齿轮产品的强度和使用寿命,以及改善加工性能和提高生产率。
The gear -used steels and heat treatment have important effect on gear quality.In this paper the application classification for gear-used steels,metallurgy and forging quality control are described.The application,influence factors and process control of four kinds of heat treatment methods including tempering,carburizing,nitriding and induction quenching are analyzed.There are many factors influencing gear-used steels and heat treatment quality.Only strictly controlling these factors,the quality of gears can be effectively ensured,consequently the strength and life of gear products can be improved,and machinability and productivity can be improved.
