摘要
对炼山与不炼山杉木林地微生物四年的定位研究表明:不同林地清理方式通过不同方式处理采伐剩余物,导致了林地微生物的较大差异。炼山林地短期内土壤微生物大量繁殖,加快了炼山引起的林地养分释放,造成大量养分流失;不炼山林地采伐剩余物则能缓慢分解释放养分。从维护土壤肥力角度看:不炼山清理迹地优于炼山。但不同清理方式林地三大类微生物中仍以细菌数量占优势,放线菌、真菌次之。在各生理类群中,以氨化细菌占优势,嫌气性固N菌其次,纤维素分解菌、好气性固N菌最少。利用土壤微生物数量来表示林地整体肥力是不够确切的。
Soil microorganisms of both controll-burned and non-burned land have been studied for four years. The results show that the different ground clearances result in significant difference between the soil microorganisms of control burning and that of non-burning, and that soil microorganisms reproduce rapidly within a short period of time right after controlled burning, thus a lot of nutrient are dissolved and lost; whereas the nutrient of the non-burn-ing would be dissolved slowly through the microorganisms and are not lost. As a result, the non-burning is better than the controlled burning in terms of soil fertility reserve in the matter of ground clearances.
