摘要
发展中国家同发达国家在文化资源、制度等各个方面都存在很大差异 ,因此 ,其工业化道路进程不能完全采取西方模式 ,特别是发达国家当年推进工业化时以牺牲环境、破坏生态为代价的经济增长模式。发展中国家必须结合本国国情 ,走科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少 ,人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化道路。
Developing countries are different from developed countries in such aspects as c ultural resources and institutions. Therefore, they cannot completely adopt the Western model in their industrialization process, especially the economic growth pattern at the expense of the environment and ecology. They must, in light of t heir own national conditions, follow the new-type industrialization path with hi gh science and technology content, good economic efficiency, and low resource co nsumption and environmental pollution, giving full play to their human resource advantage.
