摘要
概述了声光可调谐滤光器(AOTF)的基本色散原理,详细介绍了以AOTF为色散元件的红外光谱测量系统的组成以及采用聚苯乙烯作样品的测量结果。文中对准直发射系统、聚焦接收系统的设计进行了详细分析并提出工作距离的概念和设计要求,与此同时对直接数字频率合成器(DDS)的使用以及DDS与数字信号处理器(DSP)之间的接口设计进行了介绍。理论和实验表明,以AOTF色散元件的红外光谱测量系统结构简单,测量速度快,可广泛应用于在线光谱分析场合,本系统光谱测量范围为2.5~5.0μm,光谱分辨率为10nm。
In this paper,the basic dispersion principle of AOTF (AcoustoOptic Tunable Filter) is generally described.The configuration of the online infrared spectrum measuring system and some design problems of optical system,such as,collimation of light beam and working distance etc.,are analyzed.In paper,the method of how to use DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) and the interface circuit between DDS and DSP are introduced.The experiment with polystyrene and theory indicate that the measuring system is simple in structure and has a wavelength range of 2.5~5.0 μm,the spectral resolution is of 10 nm.
