摘要
针对冲压工艺设计知识的复杂性和多样性特点,提出了基于冲压产品集成的知识建模技术,该技术以几何信息为基础,特征技术为手段,智能技术为支持,将各类冲压设计知识表示于产品信息模型中来实现冲压件各类相关信息的集成。在此基础上,提出了冲压件工艺智能设计系统的策略,建立了基于知识的智能化冲压工艺设计系统。
With consideration of the complication and the diversity of the stamping process planning,the knowledge-driven stamping process feature -modeling technology that is based on the geometry information of the product and sup-ported by the feature and intelligent technology has been proposed,which has realized the integrating strategy of stamping production information through expressing all sorts of stamping design knowledge in the information model.On this base,the paper has proposed the multi -intelligent design strategy for stamping process planning and established theknowledge -based system of the intelligent stamping process planning.
