摘要
本文讨论并介绍了定性预测方法的最新进展──特尔菲法（Delphi）及FHW方法，对这两种方法进行了归纳总结，使之简捷明了，应用起来更加方便．
The latest qualitative forecast methods──Delphi method and FHW method are discussed and summarized in the paper. It can be applied easily for two methods .
