摘要
本文主要介绍了在平板玻璃生产过程中,是如何把传统的用测量密度来控制平板玻璃的质量的方法,改进为用R值方法控制其质量的.同时给出了实验结果.经过几年的实践和多次改进表明,R值方法不但准确,而且快捷、全面的反映了平板玻璃成分变化.用该方法控制生产过程,平板玻璃的质量得到明显提高,使工厂获得了可观的经济效益.
In the process of plane glass production, traditional control quality method for testing its density is changed into measuring its R value. Meantime, the experimen-tal results are given. By several yesrs practices, it is proved that the method of R value is better than others else. Its economic benifits are evident, too.
