摘要
以加氢汽油为溶剂 ,研究了Ni(naph) 2 -Al(i-Bu) 3[记为Ni-Al]二元陈化、稀BF3·OEt2 (记为B)单加和Ni-Al-B少量 三元陈化 ,稀B单加两种加料方式下 ,催化剂用量、n(Al) n(B)比及添加剂等对聚合活性和产物相对分子质量等的影响规律。结果表明 ,两种加料方式下 ,n(Al) n(B)比对聚合活性和产物相对分子量的影响规律相似。二元陈化时添加少量苯乙烯 (St)使体系活性降低 ,三元陈化时少量St的加入对体系活性影响较小 ,随St添加量的增加 ,两种加料方式下产物相对分子质量均呈降低趋势。添加少量醋酸乙烯酯对体系的聚合活性影响较小 ,但使二元陈化体系产物相对分子质量降低 。
The influence of catalyst level,Al/B ratio and additives on the polymerization activity and relative molecular mass was studied with hydrogenated gasoline as solvent,in two different charging orders:a)Al-Ni aging,dilute B added afterwards,or b)Ni-Al-small amount of B ternary aging,then dilute B added.The results showed that the similar effects of Al/B ratio on activity and relative molecular mass in the two different orders.Addition of small amount of styrene decreased the activity in binary aging system,whereas little influence was found in ternary aging system.In both charging orders,the relative molecular mass decreased with the increase of styrene level of charging.Small addition of vinyl acetate had little effect on the activity of the system,the relative molecular mass of the products in binary aging,however,decreased evidently.On the contrary,the relative molecular mass in ternary aging system remained stable with the addition of vinyl acetate.
