摘要
用热重和红外联机手段 ,考察了以四川高硫煤为代表的煤粉的燃烧特性 .介绍了利用热重和红外手段研究煤粉燃烧特性的实验方法 ,分析了煤粉在升温速率为 2 0℃ /min,模拟空气气氛条件燃烧的热重和红外图谱 .在不同升温条件下 (1 0℃ /min,2 0℃ /min,3 0℃ /min)做煤粉燃烧的热重实验 ,得到了煤粉活化能与热失重的关系曲线 .最后阐述了用热重和红外联用分析煤燃烧过程的意义 .
The combustion characteristic of high sulfur coal from Sichuan was studied by using the combination of TG and FTIR in this paper.The method of studying on the combustion characteristic of coal by using the combination of TG and FTIR was introduced.The TG and FTIR curves of coal combustion in the condition that the raising temperature rate is 20 ℃/min and the combustion is in the simulate air atmosphere were analysised.The TG experiments were done for the coal combustion in terms of different temperature raising rate(10 ℃/min,20 ℃/min,30 ℃/min) and the relationship curves of the active energy and the mass loss of coal were gained.In the end,the meaning of the analysis of coal combustion by using the combination of TG and FTIR is expatiated.
