摘要
介绍了腐蚀在线监测技术及其在蒸馏装置塔顶空冷器上的应用 ,探讨了蒸馏装置炼制超稠油时低温部位的腐蚀规律 ,指出腐蚀监测结果基本符合实际情况 ,其塔顶低温部位腐蚀速率大于 0 .1mm/a ,应加强工艺注剂的优化。腐蚀深度测试灵敏度为 0 .1μm。
The application of on-line corrosion monitoring technologies in the distillation tower overhead coolers were described and the corrosion laws in the low-temperature section of the distillation unit processing the ultra-heavy crude oil were studied. The results of on-line monitoring was substantially consistent with those of the actual conditions. The corrosion rate of the tower overhead low-temperature section was greater than 0.1 mm/a and the optimization of the process inhibitor injection should be strengthened. The accuracy of the corrosion depth measurement was 0.1 μm.
