摘要
在药物合成中 ,因使用了不同种类的溶剂 ,所以溶剂的残留量是不可避免的。国家对禁止使用、限制使用的溶剂有明确的规定。本文确定了药物合成过程中经常使用的有机溶剂 (乙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷 )残留量的检测方法。
Solvent remainder is possible when different kinds of solvent is used during the organic synthesis.the government gives the definite regulations in solvent which is forbidden and restricted.This thesis introduces the test and demonstration of checking method of ethanol,methyl cyanide and dichloride methane which are forbidden.
