摘要
就模具结构对玉米秸秆粉粒体材料压制杯形工件的影响进行了研究。结果表明,模具锥度越大,材料的流动成型性能越好;平底圆角模具比平底模具更有利于工件的成型。
This experiment studied the influence of mold design on molding a cuppy product from maize stalk powder. The results showed that increasing the conical angle of the mold improved flowing and molding performance of the maize stalk powder. It was also found that a mold with a plane bottom and a round edge was more helpful than a mold without a round edge.
