摘要 中枢神经系统损害是心脏外科术后影响小儿生活质量的主要并发症,临床上可有清醒延迟、昏迷、清醒后再昏迷、躁动、抽搐、偏瘫、失语、认知障碍、生理反射异常等各种表现以及目前尚检测不到的征象.
