摘要
摘要在紫金山矿区应用受控定向钻探技术,可避免悬崖陡壁施工困难,解决深孔防斜保直问题。本文简述该矿区受控定向钻探试验情况及其取得的主要成果:分枝孔孔深930.21 m,钻孔实际轴线与设计轨迹总体吻合,在928 m处中靶点偏离设计1.245m;岩矿心采取率95%以上;总体经济效益超10万元。在工艺方面,应用回避小顶角定向方法和不停泵倒杆技术,设计推、扩组合钻具,均取得实际效果。
This paper reports on the controlled directional drilling tests in the Zijinshan Copper Oredistrict and the major results obtained from the test. The branching aperture in the testreaches the depth of 930. 21 metres. The real axis of the drill hole coincides approximatelywith the designed drilling trajectory. At the depth of 923 metres the drill bit deviates fromthe designed target point of 1. 245 metres. The recovery of core in the test is 95 percent andover. The total economic benefits are estimated at over 100 thousand yuan. We have obtainedthe good results in the dirlling technology due to the application of the following measures tothe controlled directional drilling test. The measures include the evading small vertex-angleorientation method,the non-stopping Pumping and reverse bar technique and the design ofcombination drilling tools.
