摘要
目的:观察平脂冲剂对高脂饲料造模大鼠脂肪肝病理形态和生化指标的影响以证实其疗效。方法:在常规组织学现察的基础上,利用计算机病理图像分析系统对改良锇酸染色脂滴进行多参数定量检查;并测定肝脏过氧化脂质含量和肝脂含量。结果:用改良锇酸染色方法,脂滴较常规HE染色更为清晰。平脂冲剂能使脂滴数量减少、面积缩小,肝/体比值亦缩小;可有效抑制肝组织过氧化脂质。结论:平脂冲剂可明显阻止和改善大鼠肝脏脂肪变性,对脂肪肝有良好的预防和治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of pathomorphology and biochemical parameters of rats with fatty liver introduced by fed with high-fat diet. And assess the therapeutic effect of herbal compound Pingzhi granule. Methods: Aside from the regular histology observation, fat drops thatstained by improved osmic acid staining method were quantified by computerized pathological image analysis system. The amount of liver lipid peroxide and liver lipid were also checked. Results: Fat drops were easier to identify using improved osmic acid staining method than that using regular HE staining method. The image analysis system provided a convenient way to quantify the degree of fatty liver. It was shown that Pingzhi granule can decrease the amount, size of fat drops as well as the ratio of liver/body weight. Pingzhi granule was effective to inhibit peroxidation potency in tissue. Conclusion: Fatty degeneration of liver was markedly stopped and improvemented by Pingzhi granule. It's very effective in prevention and treatment of fatty liver.
