摘要
目的:探讨用螺旋CT三维重建评价骨盆骨折的临床应用价值。方法:收集骨盆骨折17例,采用螺旋CT三维重建检查。结果:17例检查均取得清晰立体图像,且可消除某一骨性结构,单独观察骨盆某一组成骨的骨折情况。结论:螺旋CT三维重建在骨盆骨折的诊断、手术方案的设计及教学等有较高价值。
Objective:To assess the clinical applicatio n of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT for pelvis fractures. Methods Collections pelvis fracture of 17 cases, adoption 3D reconstruction with spiral CT check.Result:17 cases examines all obtain the clear and stereoscopic diagram to resemble, and can dissolve some bone construction, alone observe the pelvis some on constituting the osseous bone fracture circumstance.Conclusion Spiral CT 3D play an contain higher value in pelvis fracture diagnosis 、design of surgical operation and the teaching etc.
