摘要
目的 :探讨中医复方消障灵对实验性大鼠白内障晶体超微结构的影响。方法 :制作半乳糖白内障模型 ,以VitE为对照组。观察消障灵不同剂量对白内障形成时间、晶体混浊程度、晶体超微结构的影响。结果 :消障灵可明显延缓白内障的形成 ,减轻晶体混浊程度 ,晶体超微结构损害改善显著 ,且均优于对照组。结论 :消障灵早期用药能显著延迟大鼠半乳糖性白内障的发生 ,早期、大剂量用药均能控制大鼠晶状体混浊的发展。
Objective:The effects of Xiaozhangling on experimental rat's cataract lens ultrastructure were studied on molecule level.Method:The D-galactose cataract model were made,controled with Vit E.The effects of different doses XZL on occurring time of cataract,lens opaque degree,changes of lens ultrasturcture were observed. Result:The occurring time of cataract were postponed,lens opaque degree were lightened,the damage in lens ultrastructure were improved obviously by XZL.further more,the effect were better than control group on different degrees.Conclusion:That XZL were applied with forepart and large doese can postpone the occurring time cataract,control the development of lens opaque,improve pathology of lens ultrastructure obviously.
