摘要
本文研究了复方银耳制剂对狗睾丸的抗辐射作用。狗经1.0Gy ^(60)Co γ射线一次照射前,预防性连续服用复方银耳制剂10 d,于照后30 d 观察了睾丸组织病理学及超微结构的改变。结果表明,复方银耳制剂可明显减轻γ射线对狗睾丸的损害作用。
This paper reports the radioproteetive effects of the compound preparation of TremellaFuciformis Bark on dog tests.The dogs were given the preparation for 10 successive days,beforecxposure to ^(60)Co γ-rays at a dose of 1.0 Gy.30 days after irradiation,changes were observed in thehistomorphology and ultrastructure of the dog tests.The results show that the preparation couldobviously reduice the damage of ionizing radiation on testes.
