摘要
本文回顾了近百年来辐射防护哲学和剂量限值概念的发展与演变;着重阐述了 ICRP 新建议书(60号出版物)中关于个人剂量限值概念、数值及其确定依据方面的进展,并讨论了它在整个辐射防护体系中的作用和应用中应注意的一些问题。
This paper summarizes the development and evolution of the philosophy of radiation pro-tection and the concept of dose limits over the years soon after the discovery of X-ray to the publicationof ICRP 1990 Recommendations.Emphasis is placed on the newly recommended dose limits:their con-ceptional description,the basis of choosing them,the role they play in the whole radiation protectionframe and some problems worth notice in their applications.
