摘要
局部使用抗生素防治骨科感染由来已久。随着关节置换术的广泛开展 ,应用抗生素骨水泥预防和治疗关节置换术术后感染重新被重视 ,抗生素骨水泥念珠也被用于慢性骨髓炎的预防和治疗及修复开放性骨折时的感染预防。目前 ,被关注的问题主要有两个 :(1)各种新的抗生素加入骨水泥后的有效性和安全性 ;(2 )抗生素对骨水泥物理性质的影响。
It is a long history of local antibiotic use for the treatment of orthopaedic infections.The local use of antibiotics impregnated cement to prevent and treat skeletal infections is revived with the widespread use of arthroplasties.The beads are used to prevent infections after open fractures repair and treat chronic osteomyelitis.Now,two unresolved questions are paid attention to:(1)The efficacy and the safty for various antibiotics which are impregnated into the cement.The elution characteristics are important data for the efficacy of antibiotics;(2)The effect of antibiotics on the mechanical properties of bone cement.
