摘要
本文基于新古典经济学的理论框架 ,运用了契约经济和企业理论等相关内容 ,试图从股票期权制度运作出发 ,结合影响我国股票期权制度有效性发挥的环境因素及我国实施的现状 ,分析股票期权激励制度在我国的有效性 ,从而对当前出现的股票期权热进行冷静的思考。希望对我国的企业改革和国民经济的健康发展有所启示。
Based on economic theories and taking into consideration the environment required for China's stock option system to operate effectively and the current situation of China's stock option market, the paper explains the effectiveness of the inspiration system of China's stock option, giving a sober consideration on the current popularity of stock option in China, which, the author hopes, will throw alight on China's enterprise reform and contribute to the healthy growth of the national economy.
