摘要
媒体竞争、报业竞争 ,归根到底是人才的竞争。培养高素质的报业经营人才是报纸可持续发展的重要一环 ,也是保证报纸在激烈的市场竞争中出奇制胜的法宝。文章提出了高素质的报业经营人才须具备四个条件 ,并分别进行了阐述。
Now, media and newspaper companies are competing intensively for talented personnel, which is the key factor for the sustainable development of newspaper industry. The paper states on the four qualities required to be a talented person for newspaper industry.
