登山锻炼是1种简而易行的体育活动,登山能全面有效地提高人体各系统功能,促进健康,增进交流和友谊,对提高人们的生活质量和全民健身运动的推广有着一定的作用。
Mountaineering is a kind of easily controlled physical activity, which can whole effectively enhance the body's functions of every system and promote health, unite and friendship. We think that mountaineering has an effect on improving life quantity and spreading national bodybuilding.
