摘要
介绍了用粉末冶金法制取旋流—充气气浮分离装置的钛质射流喷嘴及其应用。粉末冶金钛喷嘴与传统的机加工钢制喷嘴相比,简化了制取工艺,延长了使用寿命,提高了处理效果,具有良好的技术经济效益。
This paper studies the titanium jet-flow nozzle made by pow der metallurgy and its application on the seperating plant by revolving flow-charged gas fioating.In comparision with traditional process, the new technique has advantage of simple manufacturing process, long performance duration and high efficient for treatment, thus exhibiting good technical and economic results.
