摘要
简要介绍了包复制粉新工艺的特点及采用新工艺生产银基触点的试验过程。新工艺生产的Ag-Fe_7触点,在CJ10-40交流接触器上的电寿命超过120万次;Ag-WC_(12)-C_3触点,在DZ_(10)-100空气开关上通过了各项性能试验。此外,新工艺也适用于Ag-C、Ag-Ni等系列的产品。目前正在尝试将其应用到Ag-SnO_2系列领域。
The present paper has described the characteristics and experimental processes. The Survice life of Ag-Fe_7 contacts produced by new technology has been over 1.2 million cycles when they were used in CJ10-40 DC contacts.Various property tests for Ag-WC_(12)-C_3 contacts were passed when they were used in DZ_(10)-100 air switch. Besides, the new technology is suitable for the products of Ag-C, Ag-Ni and other series. At present, attempts are being made to expand its use in the field of silyeroxide series.
