摘要
利用推挽MOSFET晶体管,通过采用传输线变压器宽带匹配技术,研制出一种宽频带高功率放大器模块。文中给出了测试结果,模块的性能指标良好。
By means of transmission line transformers, and the technology of wide-band amplifiersof MOSFET, a wide-band high-power amplifier module has been successfully completed. The con-clusions of the test are better.
