急性脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1变化及临床意义 被引量:3

Change and significance of serum sICAM-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 为探讨细胞间粘附分子 - 1(ICAM- 1)与急性脑梗死 (ACI)发生发展的关系 ,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(EL ISA )双抗夹心法检测了 48例 ACI患者发病后 2 4小时内、第 3天、第 7天、第 14天血清内可溶性 ICAM- 1(s ICAM- 1)含量的变化 ,同时采用葡萄糖氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定了血糖和丙二醛 (MDA)水平。结果显示 ,ACI发病后 2周的血清 s ICAM- 1含量明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;发病后 2 4小时内即见血清s ICAM- 1水平增高 ,至第 3天达最高水平 ,以后逐渐降低。血清 s ICAM- 1水平与 MDA和血糖呈正相关。认为ICAM- 1参与了 ACI的病理损伤过程 。 To investigate the relationship between the levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.The changes of serum sICAM-1 in 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were observed by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results showed that the levels of serum sICAM-1 in patients with cerebral infarction 14 days after the onset was higher than that in normal controls(P<0.05).sICAM-1 began to increase with in 24h and peaked at 3 days after the cerebral infarction,then decreased progressively to the normal level.The sICAM-1 concentrations had a positive correlation with the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) and blood sugar.This suggests that ICAM-1 is closely related to the development of acute cerebral infarction,oxidative stress and high blood sugar might play a key role in the pathogenesis.
