摘要
报道了在钴-膦催化剂和质子酸的存在下,烯烃与一氧化碳及乙醇或氢气生成酯、醛和缩醛的实验结果,并考察了不同的膦配体对反应的影响,以及生成的酯、醛和缩醛的比例如何随着反应条件的改变而改变。
This paper reports a new catalytic carbonylation reaction of an alkene to corresponding esters, aldehydes, and, particularly, to acetals in the presence of a catalyst system comprised of cobalt, various tertiary phosphine, such as PPh3, Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2(n=l,2,4), or [(PhCH2)2PCH2]2and an acid. This reaction may be expressed as the following:CH3(CH2)4CH = CH2+ isomers The carbonylation reaction was carried out in a 20 ml high pressure stainless steel autoclave at 140-180℃under 5. 0-7. 5 MPa of CO and H2. Based on the experimental results, it is found that alkene conversion reaches its maximum at 160℃ and 7. 0 MPa, and yields of aldehydes and acetals increase with the increase of partial pressure of H2. The catalytic activity of the cobalt-phosphine system is in the following order:
Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2 > Ph2P(CH2)4PPh2 > (PhCH2)2P(CH2)2P(CH2Ph)2 >
Ph2PCH2PPh2 > PPh3 A possible catalytic mechanism has been suggested tentatively for this new carbonylation reaction.
