摘要
传统水库发电调度方法以发电量为最大目标 ,但电厂作为一个企业追求的是发电效益最大。由于存在着峰谷电价差 ,发电量最大并不意味着效益最大。针对这一问题 ,提出了考虑峰谷电价因素的水库发电优化调度方法。即 ,采用不确定事件选取期望值最大的原则进行决策 ,提出了发谷电与否以及发多少谷电合适的判别准则 ,并经多年水库发电调度实践 ,优化效益明显 。
The traditional reservoir dispatching optimal method maximizes electricity as their object, but hydropower plant as an enterprise maximizes electricity benefits as its object. Because of the price difference of peak and valley electricity, maximizing electricity is not equal to maximize benefits. In order to solve this problem, this article introduces the reservoir generation dispatching optimal method considering the price of peak and valley electricity. This method makes use of the principle of maximize expectation to make decisions in uncertain situation. It presents the criterion to judge whether a hydropower plant arranges for generate valley electricity or not, and how many is suitable? This method has been applied in reservoir generation dispatching for many years with obvious benefits. It has the characteristic of handleability.
