本文介绍了由X-射线衍射仪、电极电位控制器及微型计算机等构成的全自动现场电化学测量装置的控制原理、程序设计以及在电极/溶液界面结构测定中的应用与实例.
An in situ x-ray diffraction-electrochemical modutation system is established by the combination of an x-ray diffractometer, a potetiostat, a signal generator and two microcomputers. The construction of electrochemical cell, the principle of potential control, the design of software and the functions of program are described in detail. Examples of applications in the structural study of electrode/solution interface are given.
