微型高频脉冲薄膜变压器优化设计及制作 被引量:5

摘要 根据理论模型,推导出高频膜状变压器的基本设计参数,制作并测试了不同磁芯膜厚的变压器样品,Q值曲线、电感曲线、阻抗曲线表明该薄膜变压器具有良好的高频性能。 Based on the theoretical model, basic parameters for design of film transformer are calculated. We have fabricated transformer samples with different film thickness. The curves of frequency dependence of quality factor, inductance and impedance show that these planar transformers have performed very well in the high-frequency range.
