摘要
设计了一种简单的ICP光电直读光谱仪.以ICP作光源,用光电倍增管将光信号转换为电讯号,采用三级高输入阻抗直流放大器放大信号,对影响分析谱线强度和背景强度的工作参数进行了合理优化.对人发中Zn元素的测定结果与摄谱法吻合.
A simple ICP-electric direct reading spectrometer was designed. ICP is used as its light source. Photo-signals are transformed into electric signals by a photoelectric multiplier,and then the electric signals are amplified by a three-step high input impedance direct current amplifier. Working parameters that influence intensities of analytical spectral lines and background are optimized. Zinc in human hair has been determined. The results are satisfactory compared with conventional ICP-AES,
