摘要
目的:探讨眼袋消除术后各种并发症的原因和防治措施。方法:对68例眼袋消除术后各种并发症作分类统计、原因分析和处理总结。结果:本组68例以血肿、睑外翻、眼袋部分残留等并发症为多数。经及时有效处理,术后效果全部满意。由此提示:眼袋消除术后并发症的发生与患者年龄、身体状况、眼袋的表现形式、手术的术式均有密切关系。结论:术前的仔细检查,选择合理的术式,制定相应的防范措施,是避免诸多并发症发生,获得手术成功的保证。
Objective: To investigate the causes of different complications of lower blepharoplasty and the methods of prevention and treatment. Methods: 68 cases of complications after lower blepharoplasty have been collected and been given a classfied statistics, an analysis of causes, a summary of treatments. Results: In all of the cases, the most frequent complications are hematoma, ectropion and remains of lower blepharochalasis. After timely and effective treatment, postoperative results are satisfactory. It is suggested that occurrence of complications have close corcerns with age of patients, physical conditions. Conclusions: To avoid different complications of toner blepharoplasty and get satisfactory effects we should examine carefully before surgery, lay down preventive measures accordingly and select a reasonable surgical plan.
