摘要
目的:通过II类2分类错与正常青少年面部侧貌头影测量指标比较,评价II类2分类错青少年侧面的美学特征。方法:对29例安氏II类2分类错患者(男12例,女17例)及49例侧貌美观的正常儿童(男24例,女25例)进行面部软组织侧貌X线头影测量,样本年龄范围12-14岁。EXECEL软件建立数据库,STATA5.0软件统计分析。结果:两性间比较,无统计学差异。与正常组比较,安氏Ⅱ类2分类错组中,鼻唇角、上下唇突角增大(P<0.05)。下唇倾角、上下唇角、下唇突角、颏沟倾角、颏唇沟角及下唇-E距减小(P<0.05)。同时,软组织全面突角、面突角、上唇倾角、上唇突角、面角、上唇颏突角、上唇-E距、Z角及上下唇高与正常组比较未发现统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:与正常组比较,大多数安氏II类2分类错青少年具有较好的侧面外貌。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate aesthetic characteristics of facial profile in adolescents with Class II division 2 malocclusion and to search for facial profile predictors of adolescents with this malocclusion. Methods: Profile of twenty -nine adolescents with Class II division 2 malocclusion(12 males, 17 females), and forty -nine subjects with normal occlusion profile (24 males, 25 females) was compared performed using lateral cephalometric radiographs. The samples were at age of 12 -14 years old. t -test was used in data analysis, by STATAS. 0 software. Results: By Chi -square test, the gender ratio was not satistical significant between two groups( P > 0. 05) . Two - sample t - test showed that the angles of Cm - Sn - Ls, and Ls - Ns - Li in Class n division 2 malocclusion group were higher than those in normal occlusion group (P < 0. 051. The angles of B'li-FH, A'Ls-B'Li, FH-Ns-Li, Pg'B' -FH, Pg' - B' -Li, and the distance of Ls -E in Class n division 2 malocclusion group were lower than those normal occlusion group (P < 0. 05) . Meanwhile, the angles of G - Prn - Pg', G - Sn - Pg', A' Ls - FH, FH - Ns - Ls, FH - Ns - Pg', Ls - Ns - Pg', Z angle, the distance of Ls - E and the index of Sn - Stoma / Sn - Me' had no difference between two groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusions: Comparing with normal occlusion group, most adolescents with Class II division 2 malocclusion showed a more attractive facial profile.
