本文介绍毛细管电泳仪器的构成及有关参数.着重讨论了检测灵敏度、进样量测定等问题.对一些具有普遍意义的关键操作条件的控制进行了简要总结.
The basic structure of capillary electrophoresis system and parameters concerned are described. Operation conditions, such as capillary size, voltage range, detection scheme,sample introduction, ways for suppressing heat effect generated in electrophoretic process and methods for controlling electroosmosis, are summarized.
